The Full Story
Mr. Robot
The brief was to come up with concepts for the 4th and final season of Mr. Robot. The first round pitch was put together by Upcomers.co as a means to help students and individuals accelerate their creative potential and careers. I presented two concepts. Once concept more foreboding with a palette and image treatment to reinforce that feeling. Some of the main influences in Concept 1 were old propoganda posters and the stencil style treatment of images like those of Shepard Fairey. Concept 2 was to be brighter, more stark. A little more tech influenced with a cleaner composition and palette.
Elliot vs. The Dark Army

The Dark Army - communism, authoritarianism, power, propoganda, state run, blood

Elliot- leader, alone, vigilante, savior, figure head, looking up, looking forward, looking out towards the future.

Thoughts and Tone:
Cleaner, looking to the future, brighter days ahead, still technologically influenced, reference Darlene & Mr. Robot who have been with him all along. Elliots fractured personality, anxious, afraid, enigmatic, complex, stark.
